Shipping policy

AirVolt Supply ships to addresses within the continental mainland United States only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Orders are shipping-only. Local counter sales and customer pickup are not offered. Shipping charges and available delivery methods are shown at checkout when supported for the destination and product.

Small parts may ship by parcel carrier. Large HVAC equipment may require freight delivery. Freight customers must inspect the shipment before or immediately after delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier paperwork, photograph the packaging, pallet, labels, and product, and retain all packaging. Freight damage must be reported to airvoltsupply@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, address issues, product availability, or freight appointment requirements. AirVolt Supply does not promise same-day shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being available for any required freight appointment.
