Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are new, unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. A 10% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Electrical parts are sold as-is and are non-refundable and non-returnable. If an electrical part is confirmed defective, AirVolt Supply will honor an eligible replacement after the failed item is received and inspected. A replacement is offered instead of a refund for confirmed product failures.

Contact airvoltsupply@gmail.com before sending any return. Include the order number, item details, reason for the request, and photographs where applicable. Returns sent without prior instructions may be refused.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned incomplete are not eligible for a standard return. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photograph the packaging, pallet, labels, and product before moving or installing the equipment, and retain all packaging while the claim is reviewed.
